Each order at is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally happy with your purchase you may return them to us for an exchange to a different pair, remake or for a full refund. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

To Exchange For Another Pair

Please enclose your order number and the details of what frame/lenses you would like instead. We can make price adjustments either way. For example if your new chosen frame or lens combination is more expensive than your original order, then we will only charge the difference between the two. On the other hand should the new options be cheaper, then we will refund the difference back to your original payment method.

To Return For A Remake

Mistakes can be made by anyone, including your optician! For this reason we have put in place an iron clad remake policy. In the very unlikely event that either we, you or your optician has made a mistake relating to your order we will happily remake them for you.

In this instance please enclose your order number and a brief note explaining what the issue was. If your optician has issued you with an updated prescription please also include a copy within the package.

To Return For A Refund

To return for a full refund simply package up your glasses, case, and any materials supplied along with a note of your order and brief note explaining that you would like a refund. Once we have received them we will issue a full refund to the account that you paid with initially.
