How To Order
Ordering your new glasses online could not be any simpler.
The first thing you will need is a copy of your prescription. Every optician is required to give you a copy of your prescription when you have an eye test and you are under no obligation to purchase glasses at the same time.
Once you have your prescription, you’re ready to start!
How To Order Prescription Glasses Online
Step 1: Choose Your Frames.
Simply browse our Prescription Glasses or Prescription Sunglasses categories to see what’s on offer.
You can use the filters button to quickly find your favourite styles and colours. For help on choosing a good fit please see our information page on How To Choose A Good Fitting Pair Of Glasses.
Step 2: Customise Your Lenses.
Once you have chosen a frame, you can customise your lenses to suit your requirements. Each lens option has an information icon to help you decide as you go.
Step 3: Submitting Your Prescription
Once you arrive at the prescription section you can choose one of the following three options
Upload/Take Picture
This option lets you upload a copy of your prescription from your computer or to take a photo of it when ordering from a phone or tablet.
Send By Email
Select this option if you would like to email a copy of your prescription after ordering.
Call Me For My Prescription
Select this option if you are unable to email or upload your prescription. In this case we will call you to take the details over the telephone when we process your order.
Once you have supplied your prescription, you may Add To Cart and proceed through the checkout. We will then process your order and deliver your glasses to the shipping address provided. Please see our Delivery page for expected delivery times.
Ordering Varifocals
Varifocals require additional measurements to be taken to accurately fit your varifocal lenses. These measurements need to be taken whilst you are wearing the new frames. In this case, when you complete your order, we will first send you the empty frame so that a varifocal fitting photo can be taken. Once the glasses are returned with the photo, in the pre paid return envelope, we can take the required measurements and glaze your varifocal glasses.
